LVNOON’s Intelligent Active BMS stands out for its ability to optimize battery performance across a variety of conditions. It ensures each cell’s charge is balanced with a steady balance current ranging from 0.4A to 2A, with continuous charge or discharge currents from 40A to 300A. This technology is compatible with 3-24 strings of Li-ion (NCM), LiFePO4(LFP), and LTO batteries, Support series connection & parallel connection, which effectively preventing imbalances due to capacity variances or temperature fluctuations of the battery cells.
LVNOON’s active BMS has exported to over 120 countries, such as Vietnam, Ukraine, the USA, India, Russia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, Argentina, Spain, the UK, Germany, South Korea, Japan & other EU countries. There are 2 automatic SMT lines (with 2 SANYO SMT machines) in the SMT center, 2 AOI lines, 2 lead-free double wave soldering lines and 2 ICT testing machines in the wave soldering workshop.
Apart from all these machines, there are 2 production lines which ensure a huge production capacity.
